It's Hard to Believe...
Tuesday, July 20th, 2010 - It is so hard to believe that someone who comes into a quilt shop & sees how much work it takes to make samples would STEAL those samples!!
Yes, it has happened again! Within the last few weeks we have had a Sonoma Swing purse sample and a Watermelon Pincushion sample STOLEN... The Watermelon Pincushion - made with Jo Morton & reproduction 1800's fabrics in pinks & browns, is shown on the right with its' mate, a Large Strawberry. The Sonoma Swing Bag was made using Jo Morton fabrics in greens, browns & blues.
Who knows what else they may have helped themselves to! I am just heartsick to find these things gone!
As a small business owner, I work very hard to make samples to help sell fabric, patterns, books, & classes. How do I understand this?
HAVE YOU SEEN THIS QUILT???
On Wednesday, August 15th during the Shop Hop, while we were eating our lunch, someone stole this quilt! They actually took it right off the wall! If you see this quilt, let us know. There is a reward for its safe return.
