| What payment methods do you accept? |

We accept VISA, Mastercard, checks with proper ID, and of course CASH.
When placing an internet order and paying with a check, we will ready your order and await arrival of your check before shipping out.
Please call for the correct amount before mailing a check. |

| What is your return policy? |

We DO NOT accept returns on books, notions and patterns
unless an item is found to be defective from the manufacturer,
and then only for exchange or store credit ONLY. We cannot accept returns on kits or fabrics. |

| What are your shipping and handling rates? |

We ship worldwide using the United States Postal System.
Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
We will inform you if there will be a delay.
In MOST cases, DOMESTIC shipping and handling rates are as follows:
1-3 Patterns: $2.95
Priority flat rate large envelope: $5.95
(*Large patterns, books, etc.)
Priority flat rate box: $11.95 - 15.95 depending on size
(*Kits, oversized notions, etc.)
International rates vary and are charged at actual cost. Please email us or call for a shipping and handling quote for your area.
We reserve the right to increase shipping rates as necessary. When shipping rates vary due to weight or distance, we will always inform you of increases before charging your account. |
